Please note that while we carefully select and coordinate with these providers, Yachts MiamiVice does not assume responsibility for any unforeseen incidents, delays, damages, or issues related to these services. This includes, but is not limited to, food preparation concerns (e.g., temperature, timing, or allergies).

All additional services are provided solely under the responsibility of the respective vendors, and any claims or disputes must be addressed directly with them.

Furthermore, all extra services come with an additional cost and are not included in the base yacht rental price. Yachts MiamiVice cannot offer discounts, promotions, or special pricing on any extra services, as they are delivered and priced independently by third-party providers. Any discounts or special offers from Yachts MiamiVice apply exclusively to the yacht rental and not to optional add-ons or water toys.

We remain dedicated to supporting our clients and facilitating a smooth and enjoyable experience, but final responsibility and pricing for third-party services rest with the respective service providers.

5. Pricing Changes:
Please be aware that the pricing of our services on the website may change without prior notice. Yachts MiamiVice is not obligated to inform clients about price adjustments. It is your responsibility to check the latest pricing information before booking any yacht charter or sale.

6. Secure Payment Processing:
Yachts MiamiVice employs robust security measures to ensure that all payments made through our website are secure and protected. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to safeguard your financial information during the payment process. However, it is also your responsibility to exercise caution and ensure the security of your personal and payment information while using our services.

7. Finalizing Payment Through Our Website Online Payment System:
Before finalizing any payment on our website, clients must contact an agent of Yachts MiamiVice to confirm the availability of the desired yacht or vessel for the specific date and time. Please visit our “Contact Us” page for our contact information. Only after receiving approval from our agent should the payment be completed online. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring this approval is obtained. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

8. Booking Confirmation:
Your booking of a yacht, vessel, boat, or any additional services with Yachts MiamiVice is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation via email from [email protected] or [email protected]. This confirmation email will include all necessary reservation details, such as date, time, and other pertinent information. Without this email confirmation, your booking is not secured. Please ensure you receive and review the confirmation to verify all details of your reservation.

8A. Payment Finalization Policy:
All charter payments must be fully completed and cleared no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Bookings made within 24 hours of the charter require full payment at the time of booking.

Please note that proof of wire transfer, payment confirmation emails, or pending transactions do not constitute finalized payment. Funds must be received and cleared in our account within the required timeframe.

If payment is not finalized as described above, Yachts MiamiVice LLC reserves the right to cancel or postpone the charter without any obligation to commence the service.

In the event that we receive proof of payment but the funds do not clear before the scheduled charter time, we are under no obligation to operate the charter. In such cases, the booking will be considered canceled due to non-payment, and no refunds will be issued for late payments. This is because the scheduled day has been blocked and allocated exclusively for the client, resulting in the loss of potential bookings and incurring operational costs. Yachts MiamiVice LLC must still pay the crew, vessel owners, fuel providers, and other associated service costs, which remain the same as if the charter had taken place.

Client Responsibility: It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all payments are sent with sufficient time for funds to clear before the 24-hour deadline. Delays caused by banking processes, intermediary banks, currency conversion, or any other third-party payment services do not exempt the client from this policy.

Non-Refundable Clause: Any payments received after the 24-hour deadline are considered non-refundable and will be applied toward administrative, operational, and lost-opportunity costs, regardless of whether the charter operates.

Chargeback & Dispute Acknowledgement: By completing a booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, this policy and the client’s acceptance of it will serve as legal evidence that Yachts MiamiVice LLC fulfilled its obligations and that non-operation of the charter was due solely to the client’s failure to finalize payment on time.

No Liability: Yachts MiamiVice LLC shall bear no responsibility or liability for any losses, damages, or additional costs incurred by the client as a result of canceled or postponed charters due to non-payment or late payment.

9. Liability Limitations:
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, Yachts MiamiVice cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from inaccuracies on our website. We recommend verifying all information with our team before making any booking decisions.

10. Sponsor Disclaimer & Third-Party Responsibility:

Yachts MiamiVice collaborates with select third-party sponsors whose businesses may be displayed across our platforms, including but not limited to: our website, booking confirmation emails, social media channels, luxury transportation vehicles, and promotional banners or screens inside our yachts. These sponsor advertisements are provided solely for informational and promotional purposes.

Yachts MiamiVice does not endorse, guarantee, supervise, or assume responsibility for any products, services, communications, transactions, pricing, delivery, or experiences offered by our sponsors. Any interaction, purchase, order, reservation, or service agreement between a client and a sponsor is made exclusively between those parties.

Yachts MiamiVice shall not be held liable for misunderstandings, misrepresentations, disputes, cancellations, delays, damages, or dissatisfaction arising from sponsor-related services or products. Clients are responsible for verifying all details directly with the sponsor before engaging in any service or transaction.

By proceeding with any sponsor offering or contacting a sponsor displayed through Yachts MiamiVice, the client acknowledges and agrees that Yachts MiamiVice bears no responsibility or legal liability for the sponsor’s actions, operations, or service outcomes.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms:
By using Yachts MiamiVice’s website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from using our website.

12. Charter Time Extension & Pricing Policy

If a client requests to extend the duration of the charter while the charter is already in progress, the pricing for the additional time is not calculated by simply dividing the original charter price by the number of hours booked.

Example:
If a client pays $4,000 for a 4-hour charter, this does not mean that the extension rate will be $1,000 per additional hour.

Extension pricing is separate and independent from the original booking rate and is subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • Yacht availability after the scheduled charter

  • Crew scheduling and overtime

  • Marina and docking limitations

  • Operational and fuel considerations

  • Demand and timing (same-day premium)

As a result, the rate for additional charter time is often higher than the original hourly rate, unless Yachts MiamiVice LLC chooses, at its sole discretion, to offer a reduced or promotional extension rate.

All charter extensions:

  • Must be approved by the captain and Yachts MiamiVice LLC

  • Are subject to yacht availability and operational conditions

  • Must be paid in full before the extension begins

  • Are not guaranteed and may be declined for any reason

Yachts MiamiVice LLC reserves the full right to determine extension pricing and availability on a case-by-case basis.
